Refund policy
All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted once orders are submitted, fulfilled, and/or shipped.
Please carefully review the order and be sure all your information (name and shipping address) is correct before submitting the order. Mums and Lily will not be held accountable for orders that have been returned by the mail carrier. Refunds will not be given on orders returned by mail carrier and should an order need to be shipped again, the purchaser is responsible for any additional shipping fees.
In the event a wrong order is received, please contact us within 3 days upon receipt of order so the issue can be corrected. It will no longer be valid once the 3 days are exceeded.
